In 2020, it expanded into the UAE with high-end villas and residences. A Cambridge graduate with a background in law and banking, he received Dominica’s Sisserou Award in 2024.

Mohammed Asaria

MANAGING DIRECTOR - MEMBER OF THE BOARD

Mohammed Asaria, Co-Founder of Range Developments, leads luxury projects across the UAE, St. Kitts, Dominica, and Grenada. Since 2012, Range has delivered award-winning resorts. Riaz Shariff is Managing Director of Trimark Capital in Dubai, leading $1bn+ investments in natural resources and North American real estate. He co-founded Range RAK, developing luxury residences on Al Marjan Island. A former BlackRock analyst, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell and is a CFA Charterholder.

Hani Majzoub

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Hani Majzoub joined Range Developments as CFO in 2022, bringing 25+ years of expertise in finance, auditing, and management. He held leadership roles at Schlumberger, Medgulf, and Groupmed, overseeing financial operations in MENA, Turkey, and South Africa. He holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Southampton.

Nanda Kumar

Development Director

Nanda Kumar joined Range RAK as Development Director in 2024, brings 31 +years of expertise in complex construction management in horizontal and vertical projects from plan to completion. He has held senior roles in top firms from INDIA, UAE, BHARAIN, specializing in large-scale mixed residential and commercial, hospitality developments (Waldorf Astoria and Anantara eco resort) With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Madras university and a Master's degree in Business Management.
